What It is  

In 1776, WE fought our own Mother country to gain it

In 1812, WE fought the enemy without to retain it

In 1861, WE fought from within to unchain it

Since 1865, WE lost the know, to explain it

   and by seizure, WE detain it

In 1941, WE fought, for the world to maintain it

Now, WE must fight to regain it!

 

To educate is, to lead out

for it leaves in the dark the doubt

To educate is, to illuminate

To educate is, to liberate!

 

Words and ideals, but a mere reverie,

without action to secure the victory

and humanity remains in poverty,

for freedoms come with liberty!

 

To educate is, to liberate!

 

It all comes down to choice,

sit in silence or raise your voice

lie still in your misery

or rise with WE, in synergy,

but of all Liberty 's availability

its freedoms?

 

Subject to— response-ability!

 

History fought for Liberty to make,

but Liberty now, WE each much take!

  It is important for US to know what Our Apple of Gold originally looked liked and was intended to be served by Our Picture of Silver. WE are, the People! This is Our Republic! WE are the government! The sole and only power, resides with US because, this gift; the power is, in US!

 

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn [shown], that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.    The "WE" of the Declaration of Independence were the "Representatives of the United States, " "in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of" (originally the 13 colonies), that became the, "Free and Independent States" are equal to, "We the People of the United States," from the Constitution of the United States.

  

   The Declaration of Independence cannot be separated from the Constitution of the United States nor can the preamble to the Constitution be separated from the Constitution. It is WE, WE the People that have unalienable rights and are the authority of all power exercised by the Constitution and our servants to it! It is Our right "to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them [US] shall seem most likely to effect their [Our] Safety and Happiness!"

   WE, the People, need to know and WE need to to understand HOW, to RESET Our Republic!

    This book, in progress, contains new information not found in the first book that for reference here, I'll just call it, RESET. This book contains some of the solution found in RESET, but it is much more specific. This book makes it possible for a small percentage (roughly 13%) of the voting population to actually RESET Our Republic in 1 year's time! Now in order to accomplish this seemingly impossible task, there are a few things that need to happen:

    An Apple of Gold in a picture of Silver, is the original government of the people, by the people and for the people. At its center is the Declaration of Independence as published in 1776. At the center of of this declaration of independence from tyranny is the individual; each equal and endowed with certain unalienable rights that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. You and I are each, the apple of gold! Though 1776 is centuries past and this is now 2021, has this changed? Are you and I each, not still, an apple of Gold? Yes, WE are!!

    An Apple of Gold in a picture of Silver, is the original government of the people, by the people and for the people. Surrounding it to preserve, protect and enhance the Apple of Gold is, a Picture (or frame) of Silver. The Picture of Silver is, the government of the people, for the people and by the people. It was designed by US, WE the People to preserve, protect and enhance the Apple of Gold. It is limited, cannot be altered, changed or replaced unless, WE the People decide to do so. This WE had written and ratified in 1789 and it became 'The Law.' This picture of silver is, the Constitution of WE the People and WE the people are each, an apple of Gold, to be protected by it. Though 1789 is centuries past and this is now 2021, has this changed? Is not the Constitution still, the picture of silver? Yes it is!!

   The picture of silver was made of, by and for the apple of gold and not the apple of gold, for the picture of silver. 

   This is the original. This is, The Apple of Gold in a Picture of Silver. In examining the original, WE the People can compare it to anything of the past, present or future to see if anything is different. WE the People have learned and WE know that nothing made by the hand of US is perfect. WE are all and each subjects to, only our faults and failures, weaknesses, imperfections; corruption. Corruption by intent or by nature is still corrupt and all will eventually corrupt, wither, rot and die, just like an apple of gold. And knowing these things, WE fashioned the silver picture in just such a way, to limit that corruption and to preserve, protect and serve each apple of gold, for as long as possible. Our silver picture was formed in such a way, to be able to detect either intentional or natural corruption and to remove that rotten part from the rest of US, unless all of US would become corrupted as well and long before our natural time. As the numbers of apples grow, it becomes necessary to expand the picture of silver, but WE understood this from the beginning of Our origin and made provisions for this in Our Constitution, the picture of silver. WE also understood that sometimes, desperate times require desperate measures and made provisions for this too, in Our Constitution, the picture of silver.  The only problem with this design, this Constitution, this picture of silver is the notion that times remain desperate in perpetuity or forever. But it cannot rain every day, everywhere all the time. Nature has its limitations too.

   Simply stated, The Declaration of Independence is, the Apple of Gold! The Constitution of the United States of America is, the Picture of Silver! The Apple does exist and can exist without the Picture, but the Picture cannot exist without the Gold! The Picture was made of, for and by the Apple. The Apple was not; is not made of, for and by the Picture.

   Many people today and particularly, lawyers and judges separate these two historical and legal documents and interpret them in the land and in the courts. The Declaration of Independence has no legal standing in any court of law. The Preamble to, the Constitution has, no legal standing in any court of law. No, we do not live in the past. We are no longer fighting the King of England, for our Independence. This is not 1776. This is not 1789. This is the 21st century and the current year is, 2021. Those two documents are over 200 years old. But here is, what is really important, the United States of America in part or in full, exists because of, those two legal documents! 

   The Declaration of Independence was, and is, a legal document. It states the legal and God-given unalienable rights to be free and separate "states" and to resist the king of England who had willfully broken laws that he had no right to do. Are we still not, supposed to be, free and independent states? This is ONLY possible because, each individual is "endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights that among these are, Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness." Have you ever heard those word or read those words before? What was true in 1776 is still true, TODAY! You and I are still, an Apple of Gold!  

   While the picture of silver is small or is in balance and in correct proportion to the apple of gold, it is easy to detect and remove any rotten apples from the rest of US.
