Overview

Most everyone understands that in art when you add equal parts of red and blue, purple is the result. In the United States of America, WE have a flag with red and blue and there are two dominate political parties, the Republican and the Democrat parties. On election night and during the course of an election year, these two parties are shown across the whole media spectrum as the red and blue states.

What was meant in OUR flag and system of government upon which WE were founded is unity, but politically, WE are separate; WE are divided. This division is so great, it seems as if everything is mixed together and this makes it difficult to understand who and what WE are anymore, hence the idea of purple and Purple Haze.

"Purple Haze" is also the title of a 60’s classic rock-n-roll song, made famous by Jimi Hendrix. Hendrix was an electric guitar virtuoso, a master of feedback and the grandfather of ‘shock rock.’ He is also famous for his rendition of the Star Spangled Banner and such things as setting his guitar on fire and playing with his teeth or playing the guitar behind his back during live concerts. "Purple Haze," the song, many believe, drew its inspiration from "Purple Haze," a brand name, of a type of, LSD. LSD (Lysergic acid diethylamide) is a mind altering psychedelic drug, popular in the sixties.

As a side note, many people in the 60's took a pill to make everything appear weird. Today, many people take a pill to make everything weird, appear normal.

Both the song title "Purple Haze" and the drug for their surreal, 'weird' or mind altering effects are implied and used as metaphors in the title of this work. Both are appropriate in reference to the term "Legal fiction" and a clause from the U.S. Constitution, "extraordinary Occasions," which are defined within the book.

This book uses many fictional references, characters, titles, books and movies to illustrate points in the book. This book often reads like fiction and it is intentional to reveal the corrupt, corrupting and corruptible "system" within and surrounding OUR republic. This "system," is "Legal Fiction" and a "mind-set." OUR ignorance to its existence, left undetected and uncorrected, allows it to continue!

This book may read like fiction and will hopefully be entertaining to you. But it also, corroborates that truth is, often stranger than fiction.

WE know what an alien is. An alien is either someone or something not from here. Perhaps the word ‘UN-alien’ is a compound word of my own making? The prefix ‘UN’ simply means "not" or "non." So an UN-alien is not an alien, but someone from here and by that it is meant, they are, from the United States of America. The word is derived from the Declaration of Independence, published July 4th, 1776. It reads in part:

“That all ~~men~~ (all inclusive)

are created equal and are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights

that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

"An UN-alien’s guide…," might be familiar and may cause some to think of the book and the movie, ‘A Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.’ That’s OK and in part, it is intentional. Again, this work might read like fiction, but its foundation is based on truth. If the word "truth" is too much a stretch for you, then the information found in this books is, historically accurate and factually documented

Putting this all together, this book is about discovery. It is a journey through what is perceived to be real, but is so often confusing. WE may not even recognize OUR country anymore. It is as if OUR country and US, WE the People, are all walking around in some fictional "Purple Haze." This book is merely "An UN-alien’s’ Guide to (first finding and then...) RESETTING Our Republic."

Only after WE are able to see through this "Purple Haze," are WE able to see OUR Republic. Only after WE can see the fiction can WE do something about eliminating it and return to the greatness OUR Republic was intended to be. And THEN, WE the People can recognize that WE are the true and only power in OUR government. In fact, WE the People - are the authors or creators of the government!

But first, what has long been concealed must be revealed. Then WE must detect before WE can correct.

What WE may think and believe and act upon that WE have come to accept as, the United States of America is, really most like living inside of a dream. What was built for OUR future has been so corrupted by a "system," "Legal Fiction" and ignorance to ‘its’ existence that WE the People cannot live in the present, for WE are stuck in the past.

It is like living inside the fictional 'Matrix,' from the sci-fi movies with that name. And like in the first of the trilogy in the series, do WE take the red pill or the blue pill? Do WE take the one and everything stays the same and WE wake up in OUR surreal and fictitious beds tomorrow morning and nothing has changed? Or do WE take the other pill that only allows US to see the truth, with no other guarantees without OUR individual and collective participation? Ahh - what the hell, why not take them both? But taking both makes a confusing and nearly indistinguishable, "Purple Haze!"

This "system" and this "Legal Fiction" are, like falling down the proverbial rabbit hole in the adventures of Alice in Wonderland. It's like living in the Land of OZ. Take note that both of these classic children's fairytales were each written around the same time in history, when this 'system' began!

WE are living in a fusion of what WE think is real and what is not. It is a haze, a "Purple Haze." WE walk through this haze day by day, thinking and believing and acting like it is OUR republic, the United States of America.

But truth, being stranger than fiction, the country WE perceive as being real does not exist. It is not the ‘real-deal.’ It is make-believe. It is fiction. It is a corrupt, corrupting and corruptible "system." It is a "mindset." It is built on ignorance and it continues from ignorance.

What WE cannot detect, WE cannot correct or eliminate. What remains concealed, is not revealed. This is not much more than living in a "Purple Haze."

In discovery, quite often to understand what something is, WE must first understand what it is not. In discovery, quite often to understand what will work, WE must first understand what will not work.

Rest assured, this "Purple Haze" had a specific date in history as to its beginning or its origin. And it also, has a specific action WE the People must take to correct "it!" The discovery will shock Us! The solution so simple, will surprise Us! But hold on –

“It’s going to be a bumpy ride!”
